I'd endorse Birchwood Ford Eastbourne because I was well looked after. David Stevens made the purchase a peasant experience. The only reason I would not be using Birchwood Ford for future servicing is that we live over 100 miles away

My experience at Birchwood Ford Eastbourne was positive because the sales staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Dominic Meakins dealt with my questions about the car I was interested in. He is very on the ball and pleasant to speak to.
He checked to see if there was another suitable Puma for me on the Ford website and found one at the Hastings branch. He organised getting it delivered to the Eastbourne branch and let me know when I could go and look at it. I ended up buying it so he obviously did a good job!
I would not recommend Birchwood Ford Eastbourne because during the purchase I was miss sold 4 Insurance policies that were not valid for my vehicle use. Everything had been discussed with the sales representative and he still sold me the policies as being ok for my use. Sales staff are not up to date with what is exempt from their policies. I still have an outstanding issue that has not been resolved where the spare wheel does not fit into the hole in the boot. Very poor sales experience.
My experience at Birchwood Ford Eastbourne was positive because it was easy process and it felt very customer focused.
